What Homes are Selling in Smyrna?

The number of homes sold this year versus last year is up by 37% so far and these homes are selling 10% faster than last year, at an average sales price of $259,000.
So what's selling in Smyrna? Everything from a $21,000 foreclosure to a grand $860,000 estate in Smyrna's prestigious Cash Farms. If you're looking to purchase in the 100-200's then Forest Hills and Smyrna Heights are both very popular neighborhoods near Tolleson Park. There are a few listings in the 300-400's here, but these are great neighborhoods for young families or those on a more affordable budget. Woodbridge Crossing is a very popular new neighborhood on the East-West Connector starting in the high 280's and Woodland Brooke attracts buyers in the mid 300's. For the higher end buyers Kensington Green, Whitehall and Cash Farms are often at the top of the list. And expect to see some million dollar sales in the near future. These buyers and sellers entering the market again after several years of waiting. Buckhead has already seen a 41% increase in million dollar sales this year.
