but only for cash buyers. As with so many condo buildings these days, financing has become nearly impossible to obtain and so only those purchasing with cash have the opportunity to buy. Two-bedroom units are 1,426 square feet and 1 bedroom suites are 897 square feet, so living space is generous when compared to many intown condos. Though only cash buyers can close right now, the good news is that once a condo building is 51% occupied, traditional financing becomes much more accesible and the market will change completely. Additionally, cash buyers have much more negotiating power and with the reduced demand, will come reduced prices. So if you have the money to buy, do it now. If you want to finance you'll need to wait a bit longer but fortunately prices will be lower.
