Top 3 Vinings Neighborhoods

Vinings is such a unique enclave of homes that it's difficult to narrow down a neighborhood and say, "This is my favorite." The three streets that immediately come to mind as favorites are Polo Lane, Stillhouse Road and Cochise Drive but three neighborhoods do stand out in particular as being very popular among Vinings residents.

The first and most affordable neighborhood is a special group of cluster homes known as Courtyards of Vinings. These established brick homes were built in the late 1980's and are just minutes away from the shops and restaurants that line Paces Ferry in Vinings Jubilee. If you're looking for a great value in Vinings, these homes can't be beat.

Next is the ever popular Brandy Station, located just across Woodland Brooke from the Chattachoochee River. Homes in this neighborhood average in the 700's, though some of the more luxurious properties reach well over $1 million. Most are quietly tucked away among wooded lots and offer privacy rarely found in such a prime location.

Without question, Rivers Call at Wildwood tops the list for selling more homes than any other single neighborhood in the 30339 zip code in recent years. Though technically outside the area thought of as Vinings proper, these homes are just outside I-285 along the Chattachoochee River and National Park. Built in 2008, homes in Wildwood sell for an average $1.5million and a brief walk through any one of these custom properties makes it clear that buyers get their money's worth.
