At the top end of the price range is the penthouse at Sovereign, which occupies the 5oth floor. The four bedrooms and four full baths and three half baths are spread over two stories of pure luxury.

There are a total of 82 condos at the Sovereign and about 20% have sold already in spite of the slow market for condos.
