Sales over $500,000 have jumped in recent months, which means there are some great deals still to be had on Smyrna homes for sale under 500K. Three neighbborhoods in particular have some amazing new homes on the market right now.

Stonehaven at Vinings - This brand new subdivision of stone construction homes with very large floor plans is located just north of Paces Ferry Road on Atlanta Road. Traton Homes, the builder, has cut prices substantially and now is the perfect time to get a great deal.

Parkview Village - One of my favorite little communities in Smyrna, these Craftsman Style Homes are nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac behind Smyrna Market Village. Prices here have now been reduced to the mid 400's.

Roswell Street Commons - Homes on Roswell Street often sell very quickly and there is only one currently for sale in the mid 300's.
