New Luxury Homes for Sale in Smyrna (Unpublished)
Posted by Brian Sims on (Unpublished)For some time now there has been a limited inventory of luxury homes for sale in Smyrna. Fortunately, that is finally changing for the better. Within just the last few weeks sellers have begun to list some really beautiful homes, with quality construction in desirable neighborhoods.
You might recall I wrote a blog in May about the recent drop in inventory. While quality inventory still remains competitive, it is great to see the pendulum swing a bit and buyers start to have better properties to choose from. Below you will find a few of my recent favorites under 450K, with a brief description of each.
2592 Highland Avenue - This bank owned foreclosure is a great craftsman home in Riley's Walk. It features stainless appliances, finished basement, 2 car garage and much more. I have extensive experience working with banks and know this area well so would be glad to negotiate a fantastic deal for you.
2594 Old Roswell Road - Williams Park is Smyrna's oldest neighborhood and this decorator's home is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurant's of Smyrna Market Village. It has a beautiful back yard for kids, two large covered decks and all the interior finishes you would expect from meticulous home owners.
2878 Bernard Way - Spring Street Village is one of my favorite Smyrna neighborhoods and this home overlooking Durham park speaks for itself. With coffered ceilings, designer cabinetry, double sided fireplace, whirlpool tub and much more, the list of upgrades continues.
Without a doubt these are some of the best properties for sale in Smyrna right now and it would be a pleasure to show them. Please give me a call any time at 678.739.8686 if you have questions about the market or just need someone with experience to help you find a great deal to meet your real estate needs.
The summer season is heating up so lets get started!
