I get calls almost daily from buyers who seem slightly confused about the process. Many do not realize that our services as buyers agents come at no charge to them. We simply split the commission with the listing agent to get compensated for our services.
As your Realtor it is our job to represent your financial interests throughout the process. We don't just help you locate the perfect home for sale in Atlanta, we actually walk with you every step of the way throughout the buying process.
Even if you are purchasing your fifth home and you think you know it all, trust me, you don't! I personally have worked with buyers and sellers in 2010 to successfully close over 50 homes this year.
