Land in Buckhead

That same thought would be followed up by a laugh thinking that you could actually afford land in that area. To my surprise I found there are some hidden spots still left and at a great price. I'm not talking about the left overs! Land that is spacious, with hardwoods, and if you didn't know it you'd think you were in the middle of the mountains. One spot in particular that stuck out to me just north of town was some land at 2600 West Wesley Road and 3483 Ridgewood Road. Both lots are over 3 acres, very private, and covered with mature hardwoods. Most want a retreat from the fast past city life but don't want to drive an hour in the car after work to achieve it.

Once listed at $1.2 million is 3.55 acres set up on a hill covered in hard wood. The current lot used to be two parcels of land and the land was combined to total the 3.55 acres currently listed at $695,000. That price is very competitive and won't last long. I didn't get excited about this property until I stood on top of the hill. The owners have kept the drive way from previous construction allowing you to gain great perspective on where a great new home could be constructed
3483 Ridgewood Road
Driving down parts of Ridgewood Road has the feel of being in the Blue Ridge mountains. This spot on Ridgewood is 3.66 acres with a great spot for an estate home. Currently, this lot is listed at $1.8 million just over $600k an acre. The lot is mostly hard woods with several flat areas to help in the planning and layout of the yard, home, and pool.
