There were 51 homes that closed in Buckhead in the month of December. This is a slow month of sales considering that there are 1069 homes available. The average sale price was $608,778 which is an average of a 10.4% discount off of the original list price of those 51 homes.
Currently there are 106 homes in Buckhead under contract, so expect a good month in January!
There were 16 fewer home sales in Buckhead for December 2009 than in 2008 and sale prices averaged 24% lower this year than the $809,000 average in December 2008.
