Buckhead Homes For Sale And Market Update

Buckhead housing inventory has continued to drop slightly as unmotivated sellers take their homes off the market, while motivated sellers are taking advantage of the slight increase in buyer activity.
Buckhead Homes Sold: 64 homes sold last month in the Buckhead area at an average price point of $757,000...a month over month increase in sales volume of about 9.2%, but a drop in sales price from November 2009 of a little more than 6%.
