Bottom line? Seasonal changes and motivated sellers are giving some of the best deals of the year to todays buyers, so call me if you are ready to go! The good news for sellers is that the listing inventory continues to decline and buyers still view Buckhead as the premier area of intown Atlanta. This means long-term stability and high demand driven by our vibrant and growing community.
