Buckhead Condo Under Contract in 18 Days!
Posted by Ben Hirsh on Wednesday, November 10th, 2010 at 4:48pm.Just 2.5 weeks ago I listed a wonderful 2-bedroom condo in the heart Buckhead. Early this morning we put the condo under contract, set to close in December.
After I listed the condo, I kicked my marketing into high-gear.
- I started by writing a very descriptive blog post about the condo, nearly 200 buyers have viewed the post so far.
- Next, I emailed the details of the condo out to my Buckhead mailing list of well over 1000 potential buyers (mostly made up of people who have inquired about property in Buckhead at my Buckhead Real Estate Website).
- I featured the property on my Atlanta Real Estate website where we generate thousand of visitors looking for real estate in Atlanta every month:
I met with several buyers at the property and had a dozen or more conversations with my fellow Realtors in Buckhead before we finally reached a deal with a buyer late last night. The paperwork was executed this morning!
It really does take a Specialist to properly market and sell a property. I live in Buckhead, and I know the real estate market here extremely well.
