Ansley Park 2008 Market Stats

for the past several years Ansley Park has averaged 30-35 single family homes sold in any given year at an average of just over $1 million (and creeping up every year.
So what happened in the market last year, when so much of Atlanta saw slight price declines? Well, in 2008 only 23 homes in Ansley park sold. They were sold at an average price of $990,000 (about 10% off of 2007 prices).
I expect sales in 2008 to pick up in the 2nd half of the year. With a pent-up supply of homes that need to be sold, we could see prices have some downward pressure.
One thing is sure though, Ansley Park's incredible charm and beautiful homes will continue to stand the test of time and stand out as one of Atlanta's most beautiful places to live!
