A Friend Of A Friend's Uncle

He had been very actively using the tools on this website to search all of the homes for sale in Buckhead and educate himself about where all of the Buckhead neighborhoods are. In the course of the conversation he let me know that he had already met with a part-time real estate agent who was a friend of a friend. It was clear that he was uncomfortable with the situation since this agent that he had met with did not know the buckhead real estate market well, even though he seemed to be a nice, smart individual. When you are looking to spend the largest amount of money that you have ever spent, you should accept nothing less than a real estate broker like myself who specializes in working with clients who want to buy a home in Buckhead. Personal recommendations are nice (see our client testimonial page), but it is no substitute for hiring a true expert! Think about it, when it comes to your major health issues, you always hire a specialist. In important legal matters you hire the attorney who specializes in your type of case. It stands to good reason that the person tasked with representing your interests, giving you advice, and negotiating on your behalf would also be an expert when you need a home in Buckhead. The client that I referenced earlier did in fact decide to hire me to represent him. I hope that you will do the same and make me your Buckhead buyers agent!
