Within walking distance to Smyrna Market Village, Grady Manor is one of Smyrna's most popular new construction neighborhoods.
One of the last new construction homes just went under contract last week, which leaves only two for sale in this great little community.

One of the biggest topics of discussion right now in Atlanta is the redistricting of the public schools. It has caught some people by surprise and others were expecting the issue. There are a number of great public schools in the Atlanta area. This combined with it being such a great time to buy a house in these areas as well as other areas of Atlanta it has put an increased demand on a few of these schools. Not to worry though. I hope everyone had a good holiday. In this last week before the new year begins many people try to come up with a new year's resolution. One to definitely consider is to finally take advantage of this buyer's market before it is over. The interest rates have continued to stay low and there are still amazing deals. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with friends and family.
