728 Home For Sale In Buckhead

The fact that has me very excited today is that the number of homes for sale has declined in recent months while the number of actual sales has increased during 2010 by 8% over 2009.
The net result is that the single-family Buckhead real estate market has finally come below the 12-month supply levels. This is based on 2011 sales staying the same as 2010, but in fact , I predict that the number of homes sold in Buckhead will increase by nearly 10% again, which will bring us back close to 2007 levels!
The thing to keep in mind, whether you are a buyer or seller, is that you only need to find one home to buy or one buyer who wants your home. Statistics are helpful to try and understand the broader market trends, but there is no substitute for working with a Specialist. A Realtor who knows Buckhead extremely well and can guide you along the path of a successful real estate transaction...that would be me.
