That is an astounding number of transactions in this "slow" year and it represents a lot of happy buyers who have taken advantage of some wonderful home-buying opportunities in the metro Atlanta area.
The average price paid for these homes was $203,000...which means that the total value of the homes sold in Atlanta during 2010 has been over $6.2 Billion!
